By accessing or using the website at hoovermasonry.com or by engaging Hoover Concrete & Masonry for any masonry or contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

Hoover Concrete & Masonry is a masonry and concrete contracting company based in Hoover, AL. We provide residential masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, stone masonry, fireplace installation, and related work within our service area.
All services are subject to our assessment of the scope of work, site conditions, material availability, and our current capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Hoover Concrete & Masonry are based on an on-site assessment of the work required. A written estimate outlines the scope of work and associated cost prior to any work commencing. Estimates are not binding contracts until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, or if material costs change significantly between estimate and project commencement. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Free estimates are offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a consultation or inspection fee for complex assessments, which we will disclose before scheduling the visit.
Project scheduling is confirmed once a signed service agreement and any required deposit are received. We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete projects within the timeframes discussed, but scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material lead times, and crew availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the terms of your specific service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, ice, or extreme temperatures that would affect work quality or crew safety.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling and progress payments at agreed milestones.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the service agreement. Hoover Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal means, including recovery of reasonable attorney fees and court costs to the extent permitted by Alabama law.
Hoover Concrete & Masonry warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms applicable to your project will be stated in the written service agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flooding, freeze-thaw cycles, soil movement, tree root intrusion, or acts of vandalism. Warranties are also void if repairs or modifications are made to our work by parties other than Hoover Concrete & Masonry without our prior written consent.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant immediate action.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them or to our services are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of Alabama.
